Semolina Cake
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. In a pan, roast semolina and all-purpose flour together on low flame.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add pinch of salt and cardamom powder to taste.
Once well incorporated, add the roasted ingredients.
Grease the pan well 1-tablespoon butter pour the ingredients and then top with cashews and another tablespoon butter.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Until toothpick pricked comes out clear.

- 31/2- tablespoon semolina
- 41/2- tablespoon all-purpose flour
