Elevation burger is one of the youngest chaps in the fast food industry. It made its debut in UAE not long ago but ever since the appearance, the brand has been able to set up numerous outlets in prominent locations in Dubai resulting to quickly spreading the vibe of their appearance. The American chain offers a wide range of fresh and juicy burgers along with the usual sides of fresh cut fries and quick time desserts. The burgers are no doubt prepared from organic grass fed beef and chicken with 6 months aged cheese. Something I read online was about the use of olive oil for fries to make it healthier and less junk.
The outlet in SZR is right on the popular fast food street and is among one of the diners that offer the advantage of outside seating… well, the advantage comes essentially only during winters. The main reason to visit this outlet, in particular, is because it runs 24/7. With high expectations of freshness in the food, I went along with my friends during a weekend. The outlet layout and ambience was just average. Parquet flooring and the wooden furniture along with the turquoise upholstery were the colors in the outlet. After looking at the menu, I noticed that the pricing for the food was set a bit higher compared to the other joints in the same category. However, fingers crossed we ordered the fiery burger, buffalo cheddar from the chicken burger section and lastly, a juicy beef. As a side for all these burgers we shared a fiery fries as well |
The fiery burger (Aed 39) was prepared from organic double beef patty as mentioned earlier with the standard range of ingredients for the filling. The flavor of jalapeño and cheddar cheese was delicious. The addition of house sauce would be included if opted for a spicy sandwich. However, this was just a mild, not an extreme hot dressing.
Buffalo cheddar, a chicken sandwich prepared from tender organic chicken fillet and topped with melted cheddar cheese. Lettuce was fresh and added the crunch noise in every bite. The chicken had a smoked flavor and was complimented well the creamy buffalo sauce. This burger was priced Aed 32.
The final sandwich was the juicy beef. It was the cheapest among our order and was priced at AED 28. I prefer calling the semi cheat meal, as it was wrapped in fresh lettuce instead of bread to reduce the intake of carbs in the meal. It was a single beef patty with tomato, raw onions, pickles and a slight swipe of mustard sauce.

The fiery fries were really over priced at AED 35. It was fresh cut fries served with organic beef; jalapeño and caramelized onions and glazed with loads of melted cheddar cheese. The presentation made fries look extremely tempting and gooey. The house sauce added the spiciness it needed. Due to the combination of the onion and jalapeño, it was genuinely spicy.
If you are in search for a quick low sweet crunchy dessert, then the chocolate oat cookie is a must try. Although, the overall look of the cookie could be a major let down. But I could assure and give a 100% guarantee that there would be no room for regrets. The cookies were baked from finest organic ingredients with the right quantity of chocolate chips to satisfy the chocolaty craving. This was my favorite from the visit and I #HighlyRecommend
