Baskin Robbins in Karama opposite the famous Sharafi Centre has been in the same location for almost 5-10 years and therefore been able to attract a lot of customer of various age groups. Another plus point is, as the outlet is located right opposite the food street, it attracts a lot of customers for a quite delightful dessert. The interiors are the typical Baskin Robbins fit out which is the white beige tiles with orange and pink walls. However the outlet only offer nearly 4-5 tables, thus it should be considered as an apt take away spot.
I tried the Brownie Ala Mode. It is a dessert with brownie pieces on the bottom with two scoops of ice of your choice (which is normally vanilla for me) and with whipped cream as a topping. An option of chocolate or caramel sauce is also provided. I often also like it with nuts as an additional topping. All this is priced at AED 17 and to me I feel it’s worth every fil, if we consider the quality and quantity of the ingredients used in the preparation. |
